Mentoring
Mentoring is not that complicated. We ask two simple questions: 1) What are your trying to do? 2) How can we help? Granted, the complexity comes soon enough as we get into the details but there is no prescribed curriculum, no prefabricated solutions and no presumptions about any “one-size-fits-all” solutions. Mentoring means time well spent helping you be successful.
Coaching
Unlike mentoring, coaching does involve a more directive approach to leadership development. Coaches help with skill development and instructions in specific aspects of leadership training. To coach well is to introduce you to the kinds of essential elements needed to do well in your sphere of influence.
Consulting
Starting with a principle-based approach to every aspect of leadership, EFL works with leaders and organizations to bring integrity to the process of pursuing a God-given vision. Working with boards, committees, teams or individuals, we can help you refine both the why and the how of what you have been called to lead.
